Please take note of the following important information regarding our return policy: At Premier AC & Mechanical Inc, our objectives, hopes, and wishes are to give you with low-cost, brand-new kitchen equipment, ice machines, and HVAC parts and supplies so you can reap the benefits of knowing you saved money and did the maintenance or repair yourself! Please understand that we are unable to provide warranties on electrical parts because our suppliers refuse to do so because we sell to households via the Internet. Our goal and purpose is to assist you by providing low-cost products as well as email support and assistance at info@hvacrpartstown.com. Please don't judge this return policy negatively. We merely increase the price of our products by 10% to 20%. We use only brand new components and materials. We do not sell used parts that have been returned to us. Before we ship it to you, we do inspected most products.

All of the control boards and electrical parts we sell are brand new and come with no guarantee. We cannot accept a return if an electrical part has been installed, or if the seal on the sealed bag has been broken, because we do not sell returned or used parts. All of the components we offer are brand new. We are unable to provide a warranty on electrical parts since our suppliers would not do so. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase any electrical parts. Electronic Furnace Control Boards, Gas Valves, Furnace Hot Surface Ignitors, 2 or 3 wire pilot burners, pressure switches, water solenoid valves, flame sensors, limit/rollout switches, draft inducers, Motors, and any other electrical parts that have been added are examples of electrical parts.

If your product arrives broken or damaged, we will file a claim with the insurance company and provide you new merchandise as soon as possible. Before shipment, all goods is inspected to ensure that it is in new condition. If you receive faulty items, please notify us immediately. Please contact us via email at info@hvacrpartstown.com. Before shipment, for example, I double-check that all of the motor shafts are free-turning and not locked. If you receive a motor with a tight or locked shaft, it was damaged during shipping, and we will need to file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Please preserve your receipt or provide us with the date of purchase so that we can locate your invoice. If we can't discover the purchase date, invoice number, or the product in brand new condition, we won't be able to provide a refund.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be accepted. Because this is the cost we pay our credit card companies, all same-day order cancellations are subject to an 8% restocking fee.

Because our suppliers will not accept returns on electrical items that have been installed or are not in brand new condition, we will not accept returns on electrical parts. If a part comes in a sealed plastic wrapper that has been torn apart, we cannot accept a return. We will not resell parts that have been returned as new, and we will not do so in the future. We don't get many returns, but if you do need to return something, it's ideal if you're familiar with our policies and procedures. Please contact us at info@hvacrpartstown.com if you need to return an item. We will answer to your email within 12 hours.

If we shipped you the wrong item instead of what you bought, we will send you the correct item at no cost to you, along with a UPS Return label so you may return the incorrect item.

All returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee if you do not desire the product or if you ordered the wrong product by mistake. Any goods that has been returned will not be sold. For the initial transaction, our credit card processor and PayPal charge us 4%, and for the credit to your credit card, they charge us 4%. We've lost a total of 8% to the credit card processing company. This is why the restocking fee of 8% is required.

Returns are not eligible for free shipment. If you have a return, you must cover the cost of mailing the goods back to us.

Before a refund may be issued, all returns must be packaged in their original box, in new condition, with all parts and manuals included. If the part comes in a sealed package (plastic bag) that has been ripped apart, we cannot accept a return. We are unable to sell you parts for testing purposes. Some clients purchase parts only to discover that the part did not solve the problem and that another item was to blame. If the part has been fitted, we are unable to give a refund. We do not sell used parts, therefore accepting the returned component after it has been fitted would be a huge loss for our company.

When a refund is issued, you will receive an email notification with the date and amount of your refund.
